The curtain has closed on Flutter’s summer production, The Little Prince. Featuring Black Hills Works participants and community volunteers, this talented all-ability cast brought the classic tale to life. Sign language, talent, and adaptation brought its deeper message home: “It is only through the heart that one can see rightly; that which is essential is invisible to the eye.”
A huge thanks to Edwin Baker, Black Hills Buildings, Jim & Monica Burgess, City of Rapid City Investment Fund through the Rapid City Arts Council, Dennyce & Carroll Korb, the Sheldon Reese Foundation, and the many community members whose ticket purchases and gifts brought this production to the stage. Because of you, Flutter transforms lives—for those who step on stage and every audience member whose heart is changed by witnessing our performers’ extraordinary gifts. Thank you!
