Pathways to Possibility: Our Partnership Program

For over 65 years, Black Hills Works has been architects of possibility, designing routes that lead to meaningful employment, independent living, and vibrant community engagement for nearly 600 participants. As we look forward to 2026, we’re excited to introduce our new “Pathways to Possibility” partnership program—but we can’t build these pathways alone.

Together, We Create Possibilities

The most powerful journeys are those we travel together. Your partnership creates tangible connections that bridge gaps and open doors:
• Housing Pathways – Providing safe, affordable, and accessible homes where individuals thrive with dignity and independence
• Employment Pathways – Transforming job seekers into valued employees who contribute to our community’s economic vitality
• Independence Pathways – Helping individuals navigate from dependence to autonomy, creating lives filled with choice and dignity
• Community Pathways – Weaving inclusive connections that ensure everyone experiences the richness of belonging
• Wellness Pathways – Guiding individuals toward optimal health, enabling them to pursue their dreams with vitality

A Deeper Connection

What makes our partnerships truly special is the depth of connection they offer. Beyond financial support, you’ll have opportunities to engage directly with the people whose journeys you’re helping to shape—witnessing firsthand the transformative power of possibility.

Join Us on This Journey

We would be honored to have you walk this path with us, creating a community where everyone—regardless of ability—discovers their potential and lives a life full of meaning and joy.

Partner Spotlight – Sharing Our Story: Thank You to Our Media Partners

This month, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Gray Media (KOTA Territory News and KEVN Black Hills FOX), HomeSlice Media Group, Riverfront Broadcasting, and Haugo Broadcasting for their continued partnership and support.

These organizations play an important role in helping us connect with our community by sharing stories about the people we support, promoting upcoming events, highlighting volunteer opportunities, and celebrating the many ways individuals with disabilities are making an impact throughout our region.

Thank you for helping us tell our story. Your partnership extends far beyond airtime. Together, we are helping build a more informed, connected, and inclusive community.
