Spotlight Awards recognize individuals whose growth, dedication, and positive presence stand out in meaningful ways. In January, we’re proud to celebrate Peggy and Kimberly for the progress they’ve made and the way they show up each day.
Peggy
Peggy is being recognized for the positive changes she has made over the past year. She has taken significant steps to care for her health, reaching an incredible personal milestone (losing over 100 pounds), while continuing her work at Sodexo USA. Peggy has also built strong connections within the Shared Living program and embraced new responsibilities at home and at work. Her growing confidence and stability are clear, and her commitment to herself and her goals deserves to be celebrated.
Kimberly
Kimberly is being recognized for her consistently positive and open-minded attitude. She comes to work at Suzie Cappa Art Center each day with a smile and a belief that every day can be a good day, even when she’s facing challenges of her own. Kimberly brings encouragement to the people around her while remaining dependable, dedicated, and open to feedback. Her willingness to learn and keep growing speaks to the care she brings to her work and life every day.
